I was travelling with my family and we all enjoyed the stay over Balaka lounge. A special shout out for Mr. Hakim for his outstanding service throughout the time. Nice and humble person, customer oriented. Hope to be there again. Only thing to improve is there food range offering. Though whatever they have offered were with good quality and taste.

InterContinental Dhaka offers a luxurious and comfortable stay right in the city center. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-furnished, and the staff is extremely polite and attentive. The food at their restaurants is delicious, and the overall ambiance feels elegant and relaxing. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Dhaka.

Had the pleasure of staying at InterContinental Dhaka, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations in almost every way. Whether you're a business traveler or just in Dhaka for a relaxing break, this hotel truly stands out as a premium destination. Facilities & Amenities: The pool area was calm and relaxing — great for a quick dip in the evening. I also used the gym, which was fully equipped and open 24/7. The spa looked great too, although I didn't try it this time. Deluxe Room overlooking Ramna Park — the view in the morning was so refreshing. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a very comfortable king-sized bed, soft pillows, and blackout curtains that helped me sleep like a baby. The bathroom was equally impressive — clean, well-lit, and stocked with high-end toiletries.breakfast buffet was absolutely top-notch — everything from local Bangladeshi paratha and bhuna beef to Western options like croissants, omelets, and fresh juice. I also had dinner at Elements, their signature restaurant, and the seafood platter was amazing! The service was attentive without being overbearing. Mr. Rifat Hossain welcomed me warmly into the airport lounge. During my stay, he actively took care of any needs and proactively offered foods and drinks, even before asking. He helped keep track of my emirates flight schedule. It was a pleasant and wonderful experience. Hope to visit again in the future.

The experience felt well-managed: good food rotation, fresh presentation, and a team that clearly cared about both efficiency and guest comfort. The staff were quick to help specially Mr. Tanvir if you needed anything special. They kept the buffet area tidy, wiping down counters and ensuring serving utensils stayed clean.
