Amazing experience. I was surprised to see the high standards and quality of this hotel. The cleanliness and facilities were immaculate. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. Shaila Akhter and Samira on the concierge desk/ guest experience were especially helpful. They really made was to come back to the Intercontinental Dhaka. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you to all the staff for a fabulous experience on our anniversary!😀

The lounge experience was amazing, with a long flight after it was a great stop with amazing people, striving towards proper hospital. Everyone was very welcoming and helped us to make our short stay very comfortable. Specially Mr. Jhanto Das who was a great host and a very hospitable personnel.
